She is professional, hardworking and truly cares about you and your home. A week after sale was finalized I found out my washing machine wasn’t vented and therefore would back a leak all over the floor. Audrey took it upon herself to not only find a plumber to fix this quickly, but she PAID for it herself, literally out of her own pocket! Not sure any other agent would have done that. I promise you will be well taken care of if you go with Audrey as your agent!

Buying a home is an extremely stressful process, especially as a first time buyer like myself. Thankfully, Bianca was always there, ready to answer any questions and calm any concerns. She was quick to reply, always professional, and was able to answer every question I asked. I was using the VA Loan as well, which I have seen agents struggle with, but not her. She knew the ends and outs of the loan and was very familiar with the process.If you are vet looking to use your loan, I couldn't recommend Bianca more.
